Special Recognition

We would like to congratulate the following students for winning recent competitions.

Congratulations to Ms. Staley and Mrs. Walker's classes for their attendance last week. Each room had 100% for the week of February 17-21.

Spelling Bee—5th Grade Classroom Winners:

Overall Spelling Bee Winner:

Kevin Bal — Kevin represented CES in the County Spelling Bee on February 4.
Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) County Award Winners:

Nate Doane, Levi Gilley, and Ryan Haynes all placed in the DAR contest. They will be presented with their awards on February 26, 1:00pm at the DAR assembly, Lincoln Theater in Marion, VA.
