CES Families,
Here are a few reminders as we prepare for our school pictures. We would like to encourage you to order online. The process is very easy and the links below can help direct you.
Groups / Date / Time breakdown
- B Day students - pictures on Friday, December 4th, during the school day
- All-Virtual students - pictures on Friday, December 4th, from 2:00-4:00 pm (see more details below)
- A Day students - pictures on Monday, December 7th, during the school day
Ordering info for hybrid students
- Return the paper order form the day of your child's picture; or

Ordering info for all-virtual students

Additional information for all-virtual students
- Please arrive during the following windows of time - 2:00-2:45 or 3:30-4:00
- Upon arrival, proceed through the gate to the gym and park
- Students must wear a mask
- Students will have their temperature checked as they enter the building
- If all-virtual students do not get their picture taken on December 4th, please send your child’s photo, in front of a solid color background, to Mr. Kilbourne at [email protected]. This photo will be used in our yearbook. Please include your student’s name, grade, and teacher’s name. If you have any questions, please call the school.
